Mohammed H. El-Bashir

Originally from Sudan, Mohammed (or Moe) earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Grinnell College in Iowa. Following his graduation from Grinnell College, Mohammed went on to complete his Juris Doctorate at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN. Mohammed has had extensive experience in court as a student certified attorney with the Ramsey County Public Defender’s Office and as a judicial extern to both Judge Sande in Minneapolis and Judge Meslow in Anoka. Following law school, Mohammed worked for Aaron Ferguson Law, a personal injury and workers compensation focused firm, and Severson Porter Law, a real estate, business, and estate planning firm.

Moe El-Bashir is a dedicated attorney whose practice now focuses primarily on criminal defense, housing law, and select civil matters.

Mohammed is a fluent Arabic speaker and is happy to assist Arabic language clients, or clients who have a need to communicate with Arabic Speakers.

Mohammed enjoys spending time with family and friends, grilling, and staying abreast of different sports.

Hannah M. El-Bashir

Hannah El-Bashir earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She then received her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she gained extensive courtroom experience as a student certified attorney with the Ramsey County Public Defender’s Office. During her legal studies, she also had the opportunity to study arbitration and comparative law at BPP University in London, England. Following law school, Hannah worked as an Associate Attorney at Ed Shaw Law, a general practice firm in Brainerd, Minnesota.

For the past five years, Hannah has been with El-Bashir Law. Her practice focuses on divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and related family matters.

Hannah is passionate about helping clients resolve family conflicts in ways that protect their interests and promote long-term stability. She values the role of alternative dispute resolution in family law and works to achieve positive outcomes through mediation whenever appropriate. When litigation is necessary, Hannah is a strong and dedicated courtroom advocate. Above all, Hannah is committed to providing thoughtful guidance and vigorous representation to each of her clients, and she finds deep professional fulfillment in helping families navigate difficult times with clarity and confidence.
